Easy Home Affairs Certificates

Every price, published

Most document services make you ask. We publish the number, tell you what sits outside it, and quote the full total — certificate, apostille, courier — before you commit to anything. No VAT is added to any price on this page.

Every fee above is our service fee: preparing the application, lodging it at Home Affairs, following up until issued, and collecting. Timelines marked "varies" depend on the state of the underlying record — we give you a realistic estimate for your case before you pay, and Home Affairs controls the clock on all of them.

Non-Hague destinations (UAE, Qatar and others) need embassy attestation rather than an apostille — the chain differs by embassy, so we quote it per destination as one number.

Courier is optional — you are welcome to collect in Bryanston. We would rather itemise it honestly than advertise a "flat rate, no hidden fees" price and build the courier in where you cannot see it.

Worked examples

Emigrating: birth certificate, apostilled, delivered in SA

R2,750 certificate + R1,650 apostille + R250 courier = R4,650, typically about 3 weeks.

Spousal visa pack from London

Marriage certificate R2,750 + two birth certificates R5,500 + three apostilles R4,950 + Zone 2 courier R950 = R14,150, one batch, one delivery.

You already hold the certificate

Apostille R1,650 + R250 local courier = R1,900, about a week.

What we will not do

We will not guarantee a fixed issue date — Home Affairs controls processing, and any service promising you a guaranteed date is promising something it does not control. We will not take an order we think is premature: if your destination requires a certificate issued within the last six months and your appointment is a year away, we will say so. And we will not hide the courier inside the headline price.

Pricing questions

Why is there no VAT on these prices?

Easy Services Group is not a VAT vendor, so no VAT is added. The price on this page is the price on the invoice.

Are government fees included?

Our fee covers our service — application, follow-up, collection. Home Affairs' own charges for issuing documents are modest and are included in our quoted total, which we confirm before you pay; there are no surprise government add-ons afterwards.

What if Home Affairs cannot find the record?

Then the standard reprint route stops before you have wasted the bigger spend, and we tell you what the archive search (vault route) would cost and how long it takes — your call whether to proceed. Where a record genuinely does not exist, Home Affairs issues a formal no-record letter, which is often what the foreign authority actually needs.

Do you do discounts for multiple documents?

Families and couples ordering several certificates plus apostilles in one batch should ask for a bundle quote — one batch, one courier, one number. WhatsApp us the list of documents and destinations.
